    Organized by the Catholic parishes of the West Bronx Deanery

    Parking and Transportation:
    The parking lot is reserved for speakers and volunteers ONLY.
    Large buses and other transportation is DROP-OFF ONLY.
    We encourage you to use public transportation for the event.

      • Permission Slips

        Permission slips must be presented at the time of the event. Please keep a physical copy of each permission slip for each youth participant until the event ends.

      • Please read the following Code of Conduct, and please share with your youth participants:
         

        Participants will:
        Project an image of Christian consideration, sensitivity and respect to everyone and to the property around them through language, dress and behavior
        Wear their youth day shirts and name at all times
        Maintain the spirit of the event actively participating
        Attend all scheduled activities, arriving promptly and staying for the entire event
        Engage in activities as instructed by listening, following directions, and being where I am supposed to be
        Refrain from inappropriate touching, public displays of affection and verbal harassment
        Respect other persons and/or property
        Follow parish policy for cell phones/mobile devices, only using them when given permission
        Refrain from actions that could result in injury and/or damage to property
        Report emergency or problems of any kind to a trusted adult

        Participants will NOT:
        Bring valuables or large sums of money
        Possess weapons of any kind
        Purchase, possess, consume or distribute alcohol or tobacco products (inlcuding vape)
        Purchase, possess, consume or distribute illegal drugs
        Engage in any form of sexual activity or peer sexual harassment
        Engage in any form of bullying, intimidation or harassment – verbal, physical or online
        Purchase, download, possess or distribute pornography

        • Please note that you are financially responsible for every participant registered whether or not they attend.
        • The registration fee is non-refundable
        • An invoice will be included in your registration confirmation email for your records.
        • Payment can made prior to or at the time of the event.
