How the Ordering Process Works

Your MUURRRchiverse experience is designed to be simple, guided, and intentional.

Choose how you’d like to begin:

• Shop Existing Designs (Original or Memorial)
• Start with a Surface Item (T-Shirt, Hoodie, Tote, etc.)
• Submit a Custom Inquiry (for new ideas)

Next Steps:

• Custom Inquiry → Complete the form and upload inspiration
• Design or Surface → You’ll be directed to the correct order form (pop-ups must be enabled)

Each option will guide you through selections, customization, pricing, and deposit confirmation.

After Submission:

Your order will be reviewed, and a mock-up with a deposit link will be sent for approval.
Once approved, production begins.

Timing Note:

Production times may vary. If you need faster turnaround, you may order a digital file and print with your preferred vendor.

Submitting a Custom Inquiry

If your idea isn’t currently available in the design collections, this form allows you to request a fully custom project.

You’ll be able to share:

• Item type
• Design concept
• Colors and theme
• Timeline
• Inspiration images (if available)

This option is ideal if you have a vision but need help bringing it to life.

Please provide as much detail as possible so availability, pricing, and timeline can be properly reviewed.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

After submission, your request will be reviewed and you’ll receive follow-up communication with next steps, including your design consultation and deposit link.

Upload Your Design

For custom designs or inspiration not included in current collections.

Accepted File Types:
PNG (preferred), SVG, PDF, JPG/JPEG
No screenshots or external links. Files must be uploaded directly.

File Requirements:

• Minimum 300 DPI
• High-quality, clear images only
• Files are used as submitted

Design edits or cleanup are not included unless purchased separately.

Design Guidelines

• Transparent backgrounds are strongly recommended
• Colors will print as submitted (slight variations may occur)
• Avoid very thin lines, tiny text, or overly detailed elements

Complex designs may require additional fees.

Final Notice

Files are used as provided.

Refunds or reprints are not available for issues related to submitted files.

Please review all requirements carefully before uploading.
