Please mark “Course Application” on the envelope and put down the“applicant’s name” and “course name” on the back of the cheque, money order or bank draft.

 

First-come, first-served, based on the date of the cheque is received.

 

Refund Policy
1. All payments are final for confirmed enrolment and course materials purchased.
2. All fees will be refunded if the course is cancelled by the organiser.
3. Refunds for payments that are correct will not be refunded unless special approval from the Institute Director and a surcharge will be imposed.
4. A handling Fee equivalent to 6% of the refund amount approved (minimum charge $50) will be imposed.

Legal Claim Waiver Consent
1. By enrolling this programme, I agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the SAHK Institute of Rehabilitation Practice (IRP).
2. I agree to accept the responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is accurate for receiving confirmation notice with measures to prevent legitimate emails from going to spam.
3. I agree to comply with the procedures of attendance taking and tracking implemented by IRP for verifying the fullfilment on the attendance requirement for the granting of CPD points.
