  • Refund Policy
    1. All payments are final for confirmed enrolment and course materials purchased.
    2. All fees will be refunded if the course is cancelled by the organiser.
    3. Refunds for payments that are correct will not be refunded unless special approval from the Institute Director and a surcharge will be imposed.
    4. A handling Fee equivalent to 6% of the refund amount approved (minimum charge $50) will be imposed.
