    Runs from September 2026 - March 2027. Program Fee is $1425 plus any necessary kit fees for Rangers players stepping up to divisional soccer for the first time or for brand new players.

  • YOUTH PROGRAM WAIVER: INFORMED CONSENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA AGREEMENT

    I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, hereby give my consent for my child to participate in soccer programs, training sessions, and related activities organized by Vancouver Rangers Football Club (VRFC).

    I understand that participation in sports, including soccer, involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, paralysis, or even death. I acknowledge and accept these risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation.

    In consideration of my child’s participation, I, for myself and on behalf of my child, our heirs, assigns, and next of kin, hereby:

    Release, waive, and forever discharge Vancouver Rangers Football Club, Pedalheads Soccer Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, affiliates, and facility owners/lessors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the program, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
    Agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the above parties from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my child’s participation, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or property damage.
    Emergency Medical Authorization

    In the event of an injury or illness affecting my child, I authorize VRFC and its representatives to administer or approve emergency medical care as deemed necessary. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me first, but if I cannot be reached in time, I give my consent to emergency treatment on behalf of my child.

    Media Release

    I understand that VRFC and its partners may take photos or video footage during training sessions or events. I hereby grant permission for VRFC to use such images of my child for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes in print, digital, or online formats.

    By signing the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and its terms. I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that I voluntarily agree to the terms on behalf of my child.

     

    Payment & Commitment Policy

    By registering, you are committing to the full Fall/Winter season and agree to pay the full program fee in full or in four (4) installments. If paying in full, the full payment is due upon registration. If paying in installments, the first payment is due at registration, with the remaining three payments automatically charged every two months thereafter.

    This is a single-season registration with a payment plan option — not separate Fall and Winter registrations. You are financially responsible for the full season fee, regardless of attendance or withdrawal. By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments in full.

    If a scheduled payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not completed (e.g., due to a canceled card or insufficient funds), you remain liable for the full remaining balance. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date. Failure to make payments may result in your account being sent to collections and could affect future participation.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations more than two (2) weeks before the season begins are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the start date are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit toward future programming.
    No refunds or credits will be issued after the season begins.
    By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

    Upon commitment to a team, you are financially responsible for all Club fees as stated:

    Divisional Fees

    1) The total fees for the Fall/Winter season are as follows:

    $1,625 – Brand new players to Vancouver Rangers (includes full kit)
    $1,500 – Current/previous House League or Academy players moving into Divisional (includes away kit and ¼ zip)
    $1,425 – Returning Divisional players
    All players must register under the correct category to ensure proper kit allocation and billing.

    2) To help ease the financial commitment for families, fees can be divided into four equal installments. An initial payment is required at the time of registration, with the remaining three payments automatically charged every two months thereafter.

    3) Payments can be divided into four equal installments based on your registration category:

    $1,625 total → 4 payments of $406.25
    $1,500 total → 4 payments of $375.00
    $1,425 total → 4 payments of $356.25

    e.g., if a participant registers on April 29th, the payment schedule would be:

    April 29 – First installment
    June 29 – Second installment
    August 29 – Third installment
    October 29 – Final installment

    4) This payment will cover all sessions from September 1st - March 5th including two weekly training sessions and all scheduled league games. It will also include home kit (new players), away kit, quarter zip training top, all league fees, all field fees and entry to one tournament per season.
