活動費用 HK$ 180 (個人組) HK$ 280 (雙人組)  ( 3月3日之前報名八折 - HK$144/HK$224) 

- 個人組，自備旋轉地圖架及自備SI card : HK$180 /HK$144 (3月3日之前報名)

- 個人組，租用旋轉地圖架及自備SI card : HK$200/HK$164 (3月3日之前報名)

- 個人組，租用旋轉地圖架及租用SI card : HK$220/HK$184 (3月3日之前報名)

- 雙人組，自備旋轉地圖架及自備SI card : HK$280 /HK$224 (3月3日之前報名)

- 雙人組，租用旋轉地圖架及自備SI card : HK$320/HK$256 (3月3日之前報名)

- 雙人組，租用旋轉地圖架及租用SI card : HK$360/HK$288 (3月3日之前報名)

關於免費借用 Cannondale Scalpel Carbon 2 (S碼) 條款細則:

 

1. 最先報名者擁有最先選擇借用的權利，排序先後以日期為單位，即是同一日00:00-23:59 視為同時間報名。 以成功繳交費用的時間為準。

2. 同時間(同一日)報名者，優先選擇次序如下: 一年之內兩次參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事並且兩次獲獎 > 一年之內兩次參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事並且一次獲獎 > 一年之內兩次參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事但沒有獲獎 > 一年之內一次參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事並且獲獎>一年之內一次參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事但沒有獲獎 > 一年之內並沒有參加本會舉辦的 MTBO 賽事。

3. 依然需要繳交租用地圖架的費用，但會獲配較高級的 Miry MTBO Map Holder

4. 選擇雙人組亦有同等權利，但只能獲借一架單車。

本人明白山地單車定向運動具有一定風險，可以導致嚴重身體受傷或死亡；本人聲明自己／申請人的健康、體能及山地單車定向技術良好，適宜參加上述活動；本人明白及同意會遵守所有有關之活動規例和主辦機構之臨時安排及倘於活動期間發生意外，包括死亡、受傷或財物損失，將自行承擔一切責任；主辦機構及協辦機構無須對此作出賠償或負上任何法律責任；若自己／申請人在活動期間發生事而導致主辦機構支付額外開支，本人願意對主辦機構作出合理之賠償；本人亦授權予舉辦者使用任何有關此活動之相片，錄像及賽事紀錄作任何合法用途。

Declaration

I understand Mountain Bike Orienteering Sport has the risk of causing seriously injury or death. I hereby declare that myself/the applicant is healthy, physically fit, equipped with good mountain bike orienteering skills and suitable to participate in this event. I fully understand and agree that I/ he/she shall comply to all relevant rules and regulations and other ad hoc arrangements/decisions made by the Organiser; take part in this event entirely at my/ his/ her own risks and that I/ he/she will not hold the Organiser, or any sponsors/ supporting organisations, responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damage to or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event. I also agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organiser in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organiser arising from or in connection with my/ his/ her participation in the event. I grant permission to the Organiser or its agents to use any photograph, video or any other record of the event for any lawful purpose.
