I've spent eight years putting people on stages most of them never thought they'd stand on, 500+ voices, 12 million+ media impressions, stages across six countries.

Every month, seven people take the stage, to share a true, personal story, not a pitch, not a performance. The thing they've never had the room to say, finally said out loud, in front of an audience that's actually listening.

You don't need to be polished. You need to be real.
