Marriage is a holy and wonderful Sacrament. The preparations, though, can be a little burdensome. To streamline the process, please, find below some pre-fillable documents and a registration form.

- The Pre-Nuptial Enquiry form. Please, download and fill-out, as best you can, the bride and groom's details on page 1, and on pages 2 and 3 up to and including Q.7. On completion, please drop in the box below.
HINTS
"Civil Marital Status" refers to your state in the sight of the government. Choose one of the four options.
"Domicile" refers to your permanent residential address.
"Quasi-domicile" refers to the place in which a person intends to live for at least 3 months.
"Parish" refers to the Catholic Church responsible for the area in which you reside. (It's probably the closest one, but check with the priest, if you are unsure.)
- Documents. You will need a NEW copy of the your Baptism Certificate "for the purpose of marriage". This can be acquired from the parish office where you were baptised. It must be requested and provided to me WITHIN 6 MONTHS of the wedding. A record of the Sacraments that each Catholic has received is kept in the Parish Register of Church in which he/she was baptized. If it is too early now to obtain the new certificate and submit it in the form below, please forward it to homebushparish@gamil.com when the time comes.
- Marriage Preparation. Marriage preparation involves a few meetings with the priest, and completion of a marriage course. Several courses are available in the Archdiocese. However, I prefer the Smart Loving course for engaged couples, which can be completed online. Give the parish email, homebushparish@gmail.com, and the parish will be notified when the course is complete.
