CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AS A CLEANER
1. Inform the Company of any breakages within 24 hours.
2. Immediately contact the Company and the Client in the event of an emergency causing a loss of service to the Client at short notice.
3. Give the Company and the Client a minimum of 2 weeks notice of holidays or other foreseeable causes of a break in cleaning services.
4. Give the Company and the Client at least 2 weeks notice of intention to withdraw services.
5. Continue to provide services during the notice period.
6. Immediately return any keys held directly to the Client on the completion of the last clean.
7. Not provide cleaning services within 12 months of terminating my registration, to any Clients or previous Clients introduced to me by the Company.
8. Not under any circumstances use bleach, even if supplied by the Client.
I also agree that Tax and National Insurance Contributions (if applicable) are my sole responsibility.
