  • Henderson Chamber Scholarship Application Form

    Applications open through Friday, May 1, 2026
  • All Henderson, Kentucky high school senior students who maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher and fit within an eligible category may apply for a scholarship.

    Categories include:

    • Central Academy: Students who graduated from the Central Academy and are is ready to enter the workforce, attend trade school, or college/university
    • Career and Technical Education (CTE): Students who have taken at least two classes in a single pathway
    • Workforce Ready: Students must be going directly into the workforce after graduation. Scholarship for Workforce Ready students may be used for occupation-specific clothing or equipment required to fulfill job requirements
    • Diverse Students: Students who identify as American Indian or Alaskan Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native American or Other Pacific Islander, Hispanic and/or Latinx, and/or multiple of the aforementioned racial identities.

    All applications must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026. We will award one $500 scholarship to a student in each of the four categories.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    Scholarships can be used for tuition, fees, campus housing, textbooks, computers, school supplies, and other costs directly related to the recipient’s education or entering the workforce.

    Scholarships are paid to the recipient after the Henderson Chamber of Commerce receives proof of full-time college, technical school enrollment, or employment in the fall and/or spring semester(s), along with receipts showing the student has paid for eligible expenses, or what they intend to use the scholarship funds for, if using for workforce-ready.

    Unclaimed scholarship money — not requested during the academic year of the award — will be forfeited. Henderson Chamber of Commerce scholarships are awarded without regard to race, creed, religion, gender, disability or national origin.
