Program Overview:
Build power, prevent injuries, and swim stronger!
Our Swim Strength and Conditioning clinic is designed specifically for swimmers to improve core strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall performance in the water. Through guided dryland exercises and technique focused training, athletes will develop the strength and stability needed for faster starts, stronger turns, and more efficient strokes. Goals will be set and measured during the 5 week session.
Sessions will be held Mondays and Wednesdays for 5 weeks starting March 16
Sessions will consist of dryland work, swim sets, and dryland at home! Dryland workouts will be stroke specific.
Dates:
Mondays: 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/13, 4/20*
Wednesdays: 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15
Times:
Ages 8-10: 5:30 - 6:30 PM (1 hour; $75 total for clinic)
Ages 11-16: 6:30 - 8:00 PM (1.5 hours; $100 total for clinic)
*note no session on Easter Monday
