Howard County Association of REALTORS® is proud to partner with Bridges to Housing Stability, a Howard County nonprofit committed to preventing homelessness and creating pathways to affordable housing. During this 2-Day Project we will be spackling and painting a 1 BD/1 BA condo located in Columbia, Maryland 21044.
Carefully review the eligibility and participation requirements below before proceeding:*

I understand that, at this time, volunteer shifts are limited to current HCAR Members.I understand that I am committing to the shift I select and I agree to arrive on time.I understand this is a volunteer project and I am participating at my own discretion.I will wear appropriate clothing and footwear for this project.Accessibility Notice: I understand that this unit is located on the 3rd floor of a condo building with multiple steps and NO elevator. In addition, parking will be located about a 1-2 minute walk from the building AND may also have an additional set of stairs.I understand that photos may be taken during this project and I grant permission for HCAR and Bridges to Housing Stability to use images of me for promotional and marketing purposes.

This is a two-day project with five separate 2-hour shifts. At this time, we request that volunteers sign up for ONE shift only to allow everyone an opportunity to participate. Duplicate registrations will be removed.

Note: A Project Manager from Bridges to Housing and a Project Manager from HCAR (Alicyn DelZoppo) will be on-site during all shifts and will provide the information and tools necessary to complete the project.
