By registering for this event, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation and release the organizers from any liability.I understand that participating in the Ballistic Faith/Mountain Hope Counseling " Not Alone Bonds of Men Conference", involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, death, or property damage. These risks may arise from, but are not limited to, hiking, recreational sports, transportation, or activities involving fire or water. I understand that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the facilities. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the conference, I, for myself, my heirs, and representatives, do hereby release, waive, and discharge In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I, for myself, my heirs, and representatives, do hereby release, waive, and discharge Mtn Hope Counseling LLC/Ballistic Faith Ministries, Trail West Lodge, Young Life and All entities associated with, (Releasees), its staff, volunteers, guests , administration, officers, speakers, participants and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, including those caused by the negligence of the Releasees, its staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, including those caused by the negligence of the (Releasees).In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the staff or representatives of the Retreat to secure emergency medical treatment, including hospitalization, for me. I agree to be solely responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, and damages (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in the " Not Alone Conference.I grant permission to Mtn hope Counseling to use photographs or video of me taken during the retreat for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
