We like to spotlight vendors/food trucks. Please enter the link to your website/Facebook page/etc. here so we can grab photo's. If you would like certain verbiage used for your spotlight, please write it below. If not interested, please write N/A.
Please add any information you may need: being next to another vendor, need a wall, etc. We cannot guarantee any request but we will do our best to accommodate.

Tables, electricity & chairs are not provided. Please prepare for all weather conditions. Your canopy/tent cannot be bigger than 10x10. If it is, it will not be allowed to be put up. We will not have any canopy's, tables or chairs available.

Contact the City of Hibbing if you did not get your permit for the year or for a one-time use for this event. Contact them 2-3 weeks prior to this event to ensure your permit is approved for this event. Electricity is not provided. You will have an assigned spot.

This is for a 20x20 space that is a tent, canopy or table only. Vehicles are not allowed in this spot. You will have an assigned spot.

I hereby release Precious Paws Humane Society of Chisholm & Mike and Nan’s Medical Fights from any responsibility, claims, loss or damage while at the show. I understand that I am not allowed to tear down my booth(s) or Food Truck before the end of the event or if I am a "no-show", that I will not be able to attend as a vendor or Food Truck vendor again. I understand that Community Fun organizers have the right to accept or not accept my application. I understand that refunds are not given for any reason including cancellations or no-show.
