
Judaism has a complex relatonship with conversion. Fully welcoming and accepting of those who join us, we have generally not been a proselytizing people.
What should be the Jewish relationship to conversion in the 21st century? To what extent should we be seeking out those who wish to convert? And how can our sources guide us in creating a tradition that welcomes them?
