We will be offering lessons at our outdoor facility in Thornhill (Bathurst and 407) or the convenience of your pool location in Toronto, North York, Thornhill and Richmondhill.

Session dates will be from Monday July 6 - Sunday August 30 (8 week session, with the opportunity to add on more lessons. As per your request, we can also offer a 5 lesson or 10 lesson package.

We do have flexible start and end times, please add your requests in the form below.

Lessons at our outdoor Thornhill Location are only Monday-Thursday
Lessons at your location are Monday-Sunday

I (the parent and/or legal guradian) have enrolled in a program offered through ABC first aid + aquatics.

I (the parent and/or legal gurdian) recognize that the program may involve physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program. Activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks
I (the parent and/or legal gurdian) acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and is in no way mandated by ABC first aid + aquatics. In consideration of my participation in this the company and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and enrollment.

I hereby consent that my child/myself may participate in the Activity, and I hereby execute the above agreement, waiver, and release on his/her behalf. I hereby assert that my me/my child is physically able to participate in said activity. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Instructor from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, which may occur as a result of death or injury, illness or property damage, that me or my child may sustain, while participating in the Activity.

I fully understand that me/my child may injure themselves as a result of my enrollment and subsequent participation in this program and I (the parent and/or legal gurdian) hereby release ABC first aid + aquatics and its agents from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain. 

I hereby grant permission to ABC first aid + aquatics and its representatives to take photographs or videos during swim lessons and such images may be posted on social media or used for advertising.

I understand that this release discharges ABC first aid + aquatics from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have  with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from ABC first aid + aquatic

Please try to attend all your classes, but if you miss 1 of your classes, we will be happy to book a make-up class for you where space is available (no guarentee)

There will be no makeups for missed lesson on the first week and last week of the session

A maximum of 1 make-up per per session will be granted (all make-ups need to be used during the current seasonal session). Makeup classes may be scheudled with other swimmers not part of your group. If you are in a private lesson, a makeup class may be part of a group lesson.

We require 48 hour written notice of class cancellation to be eligible for a make-up class

Once payment is received, refunds will only be granted in the form of a credit towards another session

No refunds/credits will be issued once the swim session has started

50% will be credited if notice is given up to 3 weeks prior to sesion start date
25% will be credited if notice is given up to 1 week prior to session start date

In the event that a lesson is cancelled outright due to unforseen circumstances, we will reschedule the lesson.

Please come prepared with googles, bathing suit and towel as we don’t want to waste time not having fun in the water

Class will start at the time slot you have booked. If the swimmer is late, we cannot guarantee extra time will be granted. Under the disrection of the supervisor/manager, if a swimmer is more than 15 minutes late to their lesson, lesson will be cancelled with no makeup class given

We will not tolerate any agressive behaviour or discrimintation from the swimmers or parents. Under the discretion of the supervsior, managment or owner, if we feel there is a safety risk, swimmers will be removed from the program with no refunds provided.
