Please read and adhere to the rules and regulations relevant to the Food Vendor application before proceeding.
1. Application Requirement
• All food vendors must submit a Completed Application, Booth Fee, DOH Permit, and Food Handler Certification.
• Vendor spaces are assigned only after all required documents and payment are received.
• No application = no space.
• No walk-ins or unapproved vendors will be permitted to set up.
2. Booth Fee & Payment
• Food vendor booth fee is $125 per 10x10 space, fee is due by April 25th, 2026
• Payment must be made in full to secure your spot.
• No pay = no stay.
• Spaces are first approved, first paid, first assigned.
• Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
• By submitting payment, the vendor agrees to all Food Vendor Rules & Regulations.
3. Required Certifications & Permits
All food vendors are required to have:
• A valid Food Handler Certification
• A valid Special Event Food Permit
• Vendors must comply with all state and local health department regulations.
• Proof of certification and permit is required to be able to sell at this event.
• Failure to provide required documentation may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Setup, Space & Safety
• Vendors must provide their own extra tent, tables, equipment, extension cords, and supplies.
• Tents must be properly weighted for safety.
• All cooking equipment must be safely operated and supervised at all times.
• Vendors using open flame or cooking equipment must have a fire extinguisher on-site.
Setup Time: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM (set up can also be the evening before contact Kyle Sakurada)
Breakdown Time: 2:30 PM
Vendors must be fully set up by 8:45 AM as our event starts at 9am.
Each vendor is allowed one (1) vehicle parked by their designated tent space.
Booth space is limited to a 10x10 area per paid space.
If vendors wish to extend their space, they may add an additional 10x10 area behind their tent only at an additional cost.
Vendors may not expand side-by-side unless an additional booth space is purchased.
5. Cleanliness & Waste
Food vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth area at all times.
All trash, grease, and food waste must be properly contained and removed from the premises.
Vendors must leave their area clean upon departure.
6. Liability
Food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, food handling practices, and liability.
Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged property, or food-related incidents.
