3. Insurance:
A. Guest represents and warrants that the vessel named above carries marine indemnity and liability insurance. While occupying a club slip, guest must have marine insurance, which is a condition of transient dock or waterside facilities use.
B. ICYCC does not carry insurance coverage for transient vessels nor is responsible for the property of the guest or vessel. ICYCC is not responsible for any injuries or property damage resulting from, caused by, or growing out of the use of the dock or waterfront facilities.
C. Guest releases and discharges ICYCC from any and all liability for loss, injury (including death) or damages to person or property sustained while in or on the facility of ICYCC, including fire, theft, vandalism, wind storm, high water or low water, hail, rain, ice, collision or accident or other acts of nature, whether the guest's vessel is being berthed or hauled by an agent of the club or not.

4. Reciprocating Yacht Club, YCA and Member Guest Billing Information:
A guest who is a member of Yachting Club of America (YCA) or is a guest of an ICYCC member is billed at the ICYCC guest rate.

Reciprocal guest charges will be billed to the reciprocal home club. YCA guests will be billed to a credit card, which shall be placed on file prior to or upon arrival to ICYCC. Charges will be posted following the guests’ departure.

Electrical charges are billed at the daily ICYCC rate for all guests for each night.
5. Guest Obligations and Responsibilities:
A. All guests must abide by the Dock Regulations posted on the dock and bulletin board and are responsible for their visitors.
B. You must notify the Port Captain or General Manager if you have any private contractors come to the marina.
C. Due to the proximity to nearby homes all guests should have no loud or offensive noises.
D. ICYCC does not assume any responsibility or liability for security and or damage to loss of personal property.
E. In the event of inclement weather guests shall take whatever emergency measures are necessary to insure the safety of their vessel, other yachts, the rental slip and docks in the event of an emergency. The guest shall immediately remove his vessel from the ICYCC dock upon the issuance of a named storm warning to the local area by NOAA.
F. In the event that guests' boat sinks or is disabled while at ICYCC docks, the guest will have the boat repaired, refloated or towed to a commercial facility within 3 days. Failure to do so will results in ICYCC taking appropriate action to protect the dock facilities at the owner's expense.
G. In consideration of this agreement, if a guest or their vessel should cause damage to ICYCC dock or facility, electrical connections or any other property of ICYCC, the guest and their heirs or assigns, agree to be fully liable for such damage and shall protect and defend ICYCC and hold ICYCC and it's officers, directors, employees, agents or appointees harmless from any action or claim arising out of or associated with such damage or arising out of or associated with their use of the assigned slip, the docks or other related ICYCC facilities. Guest agrees to indemnify and
reimburse ICYCC for any and all legal expenses incurred in the enforcement of this agreement.
H. Guest represents that they fully understand this agreement and all policies that are part of it and agrees to be governed by all of its terms and conditions upon acceptance of a slip.
