2026 Seminar Adult Attendee Registration
Please submit this form one week after your pageant or by June 1st. Dairy Princess Training Seminar will be July 7-10th, 2026 at Roxbury Holiness Camp. 13763 Cumberland Hwy, Orrstown, PA 17244. There is a non-refundable $20.00 deposit for adults. We ask you attend all sessions with your princesses.

Will you be using the Seminar Scholarship provided by PDPPS? (PDPPS provides each county with one complimentary adult scholarship to seminar. It is up to the county committee who receives this scholarship. Counties are welcome to send more than one adult; however the fee is $275.00 per additional reservation.

Please send your $20.00 non-refundable deposit (or $275.00 seminar fee for additional registrations) to PDPPS, PO Box 177 Laurelton, PA 17835 by June 1st.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you MUST do so by 9:00am July 1, 2026 or you will be responsible for the cost ($255, pending you paid the deposit) of seminar. If you register and fail to attend seminar you also will be responsible for $275.00.
Just as Princesses/Alternates are roomed, you will be roomed with another parent/chaperone.
