I/we am/are submitting a spacesuit design for The Museum of Flight’s 2026 Spacesuit Design Contest. I/We understand that the design may not be chosen for the Top 20 Fashion Show, however I/we give The Museum of Flight permission to share/display the spacesuit design with the public.

In the event my/our spacesuit design is chosen for the Top 20 Fashion Show, I /we agree to go to The Museum of Flight with the completed Spacesuit to participate in the Fashion Show. I/We also agree to the following rules:

One Submission per Designer
Spacesuit must be original and handmade.
Spacesuits may contain new materials, but the majority of the suit should be created from reused or recycled materials.
Spacesuits may not include glitter, helium balloons, dirt/sand, live animals, weaponry, illegal substances, or offensive language or imagery of any kind
Top 20 Designers are required to wear their spacesuit in the Top 20 Fashion Show if chosen to participate. NOTE: If Designer is under age 14, they must be accompanied by an adult.

By including the information below, I/we understand The Museum of Flight has the right to use photographs/recordings of the design and the Designer’s participation in the Top 20 Fashion Show, if chosen, in any promotional media.

I/We understand The Museum of Flight may send information to me about the Spacesuit Design Challenge to me/us. We also acknowledge that we have read and agree to the Challenge Rules on page 2 of the Entry Packet.

I do hereby give to The Museum of Flight, legal representatives and successors and media entities the irrevocable right to use my or my child’s name(s) (or any fictional name(s) portrait(s) or photograph(s) in all forms and media (including composite representations)) for advertising, promotion, trade or any other lawful use. I also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version and final products in which my images (or those of my minor child) are used. I waive all claims on any future income generated directly or indirectly from Museum use of my (or my child’s) images.
