2026 Tennessee Business For the Better Award

An initiative of the Tennessee Disability Coalition
The 2026 Tennessee Business for the Better award, presented by the Tennessee Disability Coalition, celebrates businesses that are taking meaningful steps to build more inclusive, disability-aware workplaces and communities. This statewide recognition highlights organizations that demonstrate leadership in employing and serving Tennesseans with disabilities through thoughtful practices, accessible environments, and opportunities for all. Whether you’re nominating your own business or one that’s making a positive impact in your community, we invite you to share how the business is creating best practices and driving change. The deadline to submit nominations is April 7, 2026.

The Awards Committee will vet nominations and we will present the award to 2026's Tennessee Business for the Better this summer.
