As a delegate, you are a storyteller for the program. To ensure we capture the experience, we have a minimum baseline for content deliverables. All delegates must submit: Two (2) written journal reflections (one during the trip, one post-trip). One (1) high-quality photo or video essays (documenting matters such as daily life, youth perspectives, modernization or any subject of interest) Note: We welcome and encourage creativity! If you prefer to create special video, art, or social media content, we can replace the standard requirements with a custom project. You are welcome to propose this now or discuss it with us after you are selected.

Our team will review all submissions carefully. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a second-round virtual interview via Zoom. This will be a chance for us to dive deeper into your background, chat about the itinerary, and get a better feel for your personality and storytelling style! Offers will be sent out on a rolling basis from the end of February through the end of March
