  You will be notified by June 15, 2026 of the status of your proposal. Upon acceptance you will be asked to submit a brief biography for each presenter associated with your forum. You will also be asked to prepare and submit a PDF of your presentation materials prior to your presentation to allow for publication on the NCATC website immediately following the conference.
  
  Presenters are required to register for the conference and WILL RECEIVE a 50% DISCOUNT per presenter for up to two presenters per session! You will be sent an access code for registration upon acceptance of your proposal. (This discount does not apply to Strategic Partners and Exhibitors that are presenting.)
