  • This is a Athlete Funding Application for the 2026 Native Hockey Alberta Provincial Championships (NHAPC)

    Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application.

    • Please input all information accurately.
    • Applications must have at least one athlete's first and last name inputted (there are 3 optional athlete bars for families applying for more than one athlete)
    • If you have more than 4 children playing in the NHAPC, please contact staff for an additional Funding application: regan.auger@mdopportunity.ab.ca or raven.cardinal@bigstone.ca
    • If you are a U21 athlete applying for yourself input your own name as Applicant & Athlete.
    • Eligible Athletes will receive a one time payment of $200
    • Payments will be Electronically sent on April 3rd 2026
    • Applications received past deadline (March 23rd 2026) are NOT guaranteed payment on April 3rd and subject to payment on a later date.
    • You will be requried to upload proof of Registration for the NHAPC (You can find this in your own email when you registred your athlete(s) online, example will be below)
