    This annual membership includes the following tests:

    • Blood-draw testing covering key biomarkers (hormones, proteins, metabolic and inflammatory markers) with thresholds optimized for female biology and stage of life (i.e. preconception, postpartum, perimenopause, postmenopause)
    • Biological Age vs Chronological Age
    • Personal Fertility Index/Timeline
    • Perimenopause Stage & Personalized Insights for Healthy Aging
    • Screening & Risk Stratification for Common Reproductive and Gynecological Health Conditions (such as Early Menopause, Endometriosis, PCOS, Fibroids, Hypothyroidism, Female Cancers, etc.)

    It also includes:

    • Secure digital access to results in a dashboard with written interpretation of results
    • Access to educational health resources
    • Longitudinal tracking of biological changes
    • Ongoing clinician access

  • Key Definitions - Types of Clinician Access

    Understand the types of clinician access included in yearly memberships. Please review carefully.

    • Scheduled video visits: Real-time video appointments with a clinician.

    • Async clinician consults: Clinician actions such as reviewing new test results, updating a care plan, issuing a new prescription (if appropriate), or making a new referral. These are delivered asynchronously (over email) in writing and may include a short prerecorded video.

    • Async messaging: Messaging for questions, clarifications, and general guidance. This does not include new prescriptions or referrals.

    Note: Every membership includes at least one form of clinician access (either scheduled video visits or async clinician consults).

    Each membership includes services for one calendar year.
