  • Our Asian shoe warranty claim currently extends to the following countries:

  • Selkirk Sport 6-month Sole Warranty

    Selkirk Sport CourtStrike, CourtStrike Pro, and Legacy Pickleball shoes are covered by a 6-month Sole Warranty for the outsole. This warranty covers instances where the outsole is worn down and exposes the midsole within 6 months from the purchase date. You will be required to provide a receipt of your purchase for verification from an authorized Selkirk dealer.
     

    Warranty Details:

    • The warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper or upper material of the shoe is not covered under the outsole warranty.
    • Each sole warranty claim is limited to a one-time replacement. This means replacement shoes do not qualify for warranty replacement.
    • Selkirk Sport reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
    • Should the purchased shoe be discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied toward another pair of shoes.
    • Malaysia Shipping & Handling Fee: A flat $12 USD charge replacement fee is required to cover processing and shipping. Selkirk will provide a shipping label for the shoes to be returned to one of our locations for review.
    • Asia International (outside Malaysia) Shipping & Handling Fee for qualifying countries: A $25 USD replacement fee is required to cover processing and shipping for addresses outside of Malaysia. You agree to ship the shoes to our facility. You must save and send the tracking number to support-asia@selkirk.com.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments, including warranty replacements or repaired units, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all such charges. These fees are not included in the warranty service. Selkirk has no control over these fees which are determined by the destination country.
    • Claim Submission: After submitting your warranty claim, our team will respond within 3-5 business days with the claim result and replacement information.

    If you are unable to upload photos here, we have the option of receiving them from you via text message. Please text the photos along with your name and claim number (provided to you after completing this form) to 208-996-8686 after you finish the claim. Providing photos will help to avoid the delayed processing times outlined below.

    Processing Time

    Please plan for approximately 2-3 weeks turnaround time. In other words, from the time you ship the shoes to our facility, you should receive replacement shoes within 3 weeks if your warranty claim is approved.

    Once your warranty claim has been submitted, an evaluator will follow up within 3-5 business days with additional instructions regarding shipping your shoes back to Selkirk.

    Once we receive your shoes, we will review them. If your warranty claim is approved, your replacement shoes will ship ASAP.

  • Exchange Processing Time

    Because your address is outside Malaysia, the turn around time for review is 4-6 weeks. In other words, from the time you ship the shoes to our returns depot, it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your shoes back. This processing time is the result of the below.

    • Shipping from your address to our returns depot is approximately 1-2 weeks.

    • Shipping time from our returns depot to our Malaysia facility is approximately 1 week.

    • After we review your shoes, shipping time to your address is approximately 2-3 weeks. 

    Once we receive the shoes for review, we cannot guarantee shoes will be covered. Pictures must accurately convey the sole issue.
