  • ICSA's Traffic Offender Intervention Program (TOIP) is designed to deliver practical insight, promote accountability and support genuine behaviour change and safer driving behaviours.

    We also offer the option to complete the course in your own language, helping participants fully understand the content, engage meaningfully, and demonstrate genuine insight.

    Learning in-language improves confidence, clarity, and outcomes.

    Our in-language courses are run with a minimum of five people per language. We offer face-to-face or online options, and for those who need additional support, we can offer a one-on-one course.

    Once we receive your registration, we will send you further details on enrolment and available course dates.

  • Course Information

  • Online Self-Paced Program

    1. Once booking and payment are completed, you will be enrolled in to the online course. You will receive an email containing your username and password.
    2. Access to the online program is valid for two months from the date of enrolment.
    3. After you have started the online program, there can be no refund even if you do not finish the course.
    4. If you do not complete the program within the required timeframe, we will notify the referring authority and your payment is forfeited.
    5. A Final Evaluation to be submitted is mandatory at the completion of the program.
      • For TOIP / Court the attendees will be emailed their Court Report.
      • For RMS / DEC attendees can receive their certificate via post or email and you need to present this to Services NSW. This is a NSW RMS requirement and cannot be altered.
  • Live Online or Face-to-Face Sessions

    1. Once booking and payment are completed, you will be enrolled in to the  next online session. You will receive an email containing the date, time and a links.
    2. Entry will close ten minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry. The same rule applies after breaks. In these circumstances, the Failure To Attend Conditions will apply. 

    3. If you fail to attend on the agreed date and time, we will notify the referring authority and your payment will be forfeited. 

    4. You may reschedule your session if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. 

    5. A Final Evaluation is mandatory at the completion of the program.
           a) TOIP / Court attendees will be emailed their Court Report.
           b) RMS / DEC attendees will receive their certificate either on the day (for face to face sessions) or by post (for online sessions). You will need to present this to Services NSW. This is a NSW RMS requirement and cannot be altered.

    6. We will offer you up to three dates to join session, after that you would need to submit a new registration. 
    7. Once the online program has started, there can be no refund even if you do leave before finishing the course.
  • Code of Conduct

    Read and agree to the declaration below to complete your enrolment.
  • Conditions of Attendance:

    1. I agree to attend the course on the scheduled start date.
    2. I agree to bring photo identification to each course session to verify my identity.
    3. I agree to attend punctually for each session and in accordance with the requirements of the course provider. 

    4. I agree to complete any assessment tasks set by the course provider. 

    5. If referred by Court: I understand that if I fail to attend, the court will be informed and I may be returned to court for sentence determination. 

    6. If referred by ITOP: I understand that if I fail to attend, RMS will be informed.

    7. I understand that if I attend the course under the influence of alcohol or drugs I may be expelled from the course and the court / RMS will be informed. 

    8. I agree to abide by the standards of behaviour that the course provider requires and understand that if I don’t I may be expelled from the course and the court / RMS will be informed.
  • Important Note

    All Final Evaluations are reviewed to ensure participants have met all requirements for successful completion. Court Reports and Certificates are not auto-generated. Allow up to two (2) business days for issuing of your Report or Driver Education Certificate. Do not submit your Final Evaluation less than two (2) business days before the date you require it.
