Cancellations: There is a cancellation fee of $25 if you cancel by May 31, $100 fee if you cancel from June 1-June 22, and no refunds after June22. PayPal payment fees will not be refunded.

CASTLE DORM ROOMS:  There are a limited number of dorm rooms in the castle available for campers.  They are identical to other dorm rooms in the lower campus with hall bathrooms. They are available for an added $110 per person on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dance notes will be in electronic form only this year. Download instructions will be included in your confirmation letter.

Donate any amount to help with tuition assistance for those who need scholarships and overall camp expenses. Scholarship positions are vital to keep our camp in smooth-running shape!

Dietary Considerations

Please let us know if anyone listed on this registration form has any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason. Vegetarian options will be available at every meal.

Housing Requests

Late-night after-parties and sing-alongs, rooms on the warmer/cooler side of the building, and incidental noise like exit doors are some of the many considerations when it comes to staying at camp. Please let us know if anyone on this registration form has any particular requests and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason. Please note that this does not guarantee placement.

By providing this registration I/we understand that:

1. Images of camp participants (of all ages) may be used in the future for the purposes of New Mexico Camp dance documentation, publicity, or promotion of International Folk Dancing.
2. Folk dancing is a physical activity that may involve risk of personal injury. As participant(s), I/we are in adequate physical condition to agree that SWIFDI and the United World College are not responsible for this risk.

Firearms: Firearms of any kind are not permitted on the United World College campus.
Tobacco Use: Smoking cigarettes on United World College campus is strictly forbidden. You may choose e-cigarettes, vaporizer pens, or chewing tobacco as alternatives, but only for outdoor use.

Cancellation: There is a cancellation fee of $25 if you cancel by June 1, $100 fee if you cancel from June 1 - July 1, and no refunds after July 1. If payment was made via PayPal, payment fees will not be refunded.

Please double-check contact info: Once we receive your registration and payment, we will send the confirmation letter and any other important updates to your email address, {c1-email}. If this address is incorrect, please go back and correct it—we may not be able to contact you otherwise!

Scholarships:  If you are interested in a scholarship position, contact us at nmaugustcamp@gmail.com.  If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please remember that you must submit both this registration form and a separate scholarship application, available at www.swifdi.org/scholarships.  Campers on Scholarship perform various duties related to snacks and/or cueing music.  Scholarship campers are vital to our smooth-running camp! 😊

This form accepts payments via PayPal, which makes for a seamless one-click experience directly from this form. However, please be aware that we are charged a small fee for using this service, and if you decide to cancel your registration we will not be able to refund you that PayPal fee.

IF something goes wrong when you try to submit your registration and you:

• selected the PayPal button but are not brought to PayPal or your card is not charged,
