I am a Humboldt County landowner or a member of the Oakdale Chapter Izaak Walton League,agreeing to plant a pollinator habitat on my primary residence or business.
I understand Humboldt Soil and Water Conservation District may monitor my project within thelifespan of the project which is a minimum of 5 years.
Maintenance Required (must agree)

I agree to ensure my new seeding in year one receives adequate moisture. If severe droughtconditions occur the first growing season I will irrigate the seeding as needed to encouragegrowth.
I agree to conduct establishment mowings, at least three times, the first growing season tosuppress annual and perennial weeds and to ensure native seedlings receive adequate sunlight.(An additional mowing may be needed in spring/early summer the second growing seasondepending on weed pressure).
I agree to monitor and remove problematic weeds such as Canada thistle as soon as possibleto ensure success of the native seeding.

I understand I need to provide site preparation on my own time or cost.
I acknowledge this seeding could require on average 5 hours of maintenance a month.
Project funding will be distributed throughout Humboldt County and Oakdale Chapter Izaak Walton members and is subject to change based on budgets.
