NOTE: This year, you will be using this form to designate the days that your child(ren) will need CARES.  You will be billed weekly via FACTS and will have 10 days to pay it in order to avoid a $15 late fee. 

The daily cost is as follows:

There is a $20 fee for any pickup between 6:01pm and 6:15pm.  In addition to the $20 fee, there is a $30 fee for every 15 minutes after 6:15pm.  After 7:00pm, we call the Cheltenham Township Police.

There is a $5 Drop In Fee for EACH day your child was not scheduled.

There is a $10 Late Fee for any calendar missing or returned after the due date.
