Booth Product DescriptionVendors must provide a detailed description of all items they intend to sell or display in their booth. Live Markets & Events (LME) reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of any items not previously approved or not included in this description. All products must be suitable for a family-friendly environment.

Market Cancellation Policy
All vendors are required to give atleast 7 days notice to cancel a reservation. For example cancellation must be made by 7am the Sunday prior to your attendance. This gives the market an opportunity to fill your spot. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a credit for their day. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not receive a credit of the vendor fee paid for the market day. Emergency cancellation refunds will be determined case by case. All cancellations must be emailed to Livemarketsevents@gmail.com.

Payments
All payments are made to Live Markets & Events LLC. via cash or zelle to mobile #(772)275-2227 or via credit card link. If you will not be attending the market you must always communicate this to the market manager. Penalties will be put in place for continuous negligence of communication.

Vendor agrees to check weekly emails for your spot location and your set up time from LME.

The vendor understands this market is a rain or shine event. Any market cancellations are determined by the city of PSL usually due to severe weather, terroristic acts or any other determination deemed to beharmful to the public.

Social Media Promotion Requirement Vendors are required to actively promote the PSL Green Markets on their social media platforms. This includes posting all market events, resharing main event promotions, and highlighting their own participation in the market. Vendors must make a minimum of three posts featuring their products and the market. All posts should tag and collaborate with PSL Green Markets only. This collective promotion helps grow market traffic and visibility; cooperation is essential for the success of all vendors.Note: Corporate entities may state “corporate” to opt out of this promotional obligation.

All vendors grant LME the right to use their logo, business pages, and website for promotional and marketing purposes related to events. Additionally, vendors acknowledge that all photos and videos taken at the events are the property of LME and may be used for marketing and promotional activities. (corporations state corporate to exclude themselves from this contractual obligation)

Vendor understands that All tents must be weighed down in a manner that prevents the tent from flying away. Each tent leg must be weighed down with at least 40lbs each. There is no exception to this rule. Tent inspections can occur on any day.

No selling, sampling or distributing alcohol or illegal substances.

Vendor Maintains all items of display/sale within of your 10x10 spot/reserved area

Vendor understands the Saturday Market begins at 9am ends at 2pm. The Sunday begins at 10am ends at 3pm Set up must be completed by 30 minutes prior to start time. Hot food tent and trucks must be ready for inspection according to inspection time. There is no breaking down before end time.

Vendors do not drive in any event area during event hours. All vendors will park in the designated parking area.

LME reserves the right to reject any application or to deem any artwork, display, merchandise, or activity inappropriate for these family-oriented events/markets. Vendor agrees to abide by any such determination of LME and its agents and acknowledge that they will be ejected from city property if they refuse to comply withLME personnel direction.

Vendor agrees to remove all debris, boxes, and trash. Leave the grounds completely clean. Failure to comply can result in a $50 penalty.

Vendor must carry insurance and list Live Markets & Events LLC and the City of PSL as certificate holders

Compliance with Laws & Regulations Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required city, state, and federal permits, licenses, and certifications necessary to conduct business. This includes, but is not limited to, sales permits, health and safety certifications, and any other applicable regulatory requirements. Vendors must ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations at all times.

Vendor Product & Presentation Standards All vendors are expected to uphold the highest quality standards. Products must be fresh, safe, and accurately represented, with clear labeling of all required information.Vendor booths must remain clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times. Handwritten signs are not allowed. Tables should be covered with solid-colored tablecloths, and displays should be attractive and inviting.Food trucks must be clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing, with professional signage displayed. Trucks do not need to be new but must present a polished and professional appearance throughout the event.

Professional Code of Conduct. Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while participating in any Live Markets & Events LLC (LME) event. Vendors must treat fellow vendors, customers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue personnel with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.Discriminatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Vendors must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices and are expected to communicate honestly and transparently in all interactions.Any grievances, concerns, or disputes must be promptly brought to the attention of LME management so that the matter may be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Vendors agree not to escalate conflicts independently or engage in public disputes during events.Live Markets & Events LLC is a Christ-centered organization committed to operating with integrity, fairness, and biblical principles. Live Markets & Events LLC (LME) reserves the right to terminate this contract and/or the Vendor’s participation in any market or event at its sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of the Code of Conduct or any terms outlined in this agreement.Vendor acknowledges and agrees that solicitation of any vendor during an LME event is strictly prohibited. Vendors may not recruit, contract, or otherwise engage other vendors for outside events while participating in an LME event.Any individual or organization seeking vendor participation for an event must be directed to LME. All vendors must be properly vetted, approved, and contracted through Live Markets & Events LLC prior to participation.

Vendor agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines outlined in this contractual agreement. Vendor further agrees to adhere to any future updates, modifications, or additions to the Code of Conduct or operational guidelines as communicated by Live Markets & Events LLC (LME) via email or other official communication methods.Upon notification of any such changes, Vendor is expected to comply immediately and fully with the updated requirements.

Breach or Cancellation Penalty Vendors who violate any terms of this agreement, fail to fulfill their obligations, or cancel their participation after signing this contract will be subject to a penalty. The penalty amount will be determined based on the nature of the violation or cancellation and may include forfeiture of any fees paid, additional charges, or legal remedies available to Live Markets & Events (LME). I certify that all information provided in this agreement and any attachments is true, accurate, and complete. I understand that these documents become part of the official records of Live Markets & Events LLC and will not be returned.

In consideration of the City’s authorization to use City property for the Port Saint Lucie Green Markets, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Port Saint Lucie and Live Markets & Events LLC, including their officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from my actions or the actions of my employees, agents, customers, contractors, or subcontractors during the Markets.
