HDTA Sat Junior Comp Registration - Winter (Term 2 & 3 2026)

COMP INFORMATION:

EVERY PLAYER MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM! - Reminder your partner
Entry is NOT accepted until payments received (invoices are not issued) $250 per player, $30 pool/reserve player, 3 player team $530 in total

Compulsory grading: TBA anticipate 22 March 8:15am. Office will confirm NO ALTERNATE DATE OFFERED. Only attend if contacted
Comp starts: Saturday 2nd May 2026
Comp ends: approx. 12th September 2026 (grand finals) *comp length is TWO terms - no play June long weekend & July school holidays
Time of play: 8am - 10am (lower divisions) and 10am - 12pm (higher divisions) - this is not a choice, you will be graded accordingly
New player information night: Thursday 30th April 7:30pm upper clubhouse at the Caterson Tennis Centre Castle Hill - New to HDTA? You should attend.
Court Locations: players compete at courts across the hills district area incl: Dural, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Annangrove etc
Event Type: *TEAM* (min 2 players). Single entries are accepted but no guarantee is given a partner will be found. Make your own enquiries, ask your coach, your friends, or other players already in the comp. The club can only match you with other singles entries. If no partner is found, we will tell you & ask if you entry will change to reserve, or withdraw & full refund issued PRIOR to draw publication.
Match Format: 2 sets of doubles and 2 sets of singles (1 singles per player)

UTR - Universal Tennis: This comp runs using Tennis Australia software. Results are uploaded by volunteers. Tennis Australia software uploads results to UTR. This is NOT a UTR comp. We do not grade based on UTR. HDTA retains the right to place players in divisions based on our own grading process, conducted by TA coaching professionals and based on relevant player history.
