The Anchorage ATHENA Society, a program of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, offers camp scholarships to local young women residing in Anchorage, who are finishing their Freshman, Sophmore, or Junior year of high school in 2026, for an opportunity to learn leadership skills, to learn about innovation, start-ups, entrepreneurship and gain business expertise.

The Anchorage ATHENA Society will award scholarships to the Oregon Business Academy at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. Transportation is furnished, thanks to Alaska Airlines and the Anchorage ATHENA Society. Tuition and lodging are included in the scholarship. The scholarship recipients will also be provided with a cash stipend from Soroptimist International of Anchorage. Eligible applicants are high school girls who:
- Who are finishing their Freshman, Sophmore, or Junior year of high school in 2026 who live in the Anchorage area (Anchorage, Eagle River/Chugiak and Girdwood)
- Attend high school in Anchorage: public, private, or homeschool.
The application period for 2026 scholarships is open until Monday April 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Note: Scholarships include admission to the camps, transportation, lodging, and a cash stipend.
