6. Cancellation Policy
Dog Sitting Services:
For all bookings of 3 nights or longer, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure dates. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the stay.
The remaining balance is due upon service completion.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If the client needs to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a future dog sitting service, provided the new booking is scheduled within 60 days of the original start date. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded.
Dog Walking Services:
The Owner agrees to pay 50% of the scheduled service cost for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Exceptions:
Cancellation fees will not apply in cases of:
•Inclement weather
•Service Provider cancellation
