To ensure every client receives personalized attention, please review my business hours and response expectations below.
Business Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
I am closed on all major holidays. Messages received outside of business hours will be returned during the next business day. If you need assistance outside of my normal hours, please schedule an appointment in advance via text or email so I can accommodate you.
Response Time
I respond to all new inquiries within 24–48 business hours.

• My planning services are complimentary when you book your vacation package through me.
• All quotes are fully customizable — resorts, cruise ships, ticket options, room categories, and add-ons can be adjusted to fit your preferences and budget.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is placed.
• Your reservation is not secured until a deposit has been processed.
