I. 申請資格 Eligibility requirement

歡迎所有擁有商業登記證/營業執照的公司參與

Welcome to all companies with a business registration certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation to participate.

 

II. 申請指引 Application Guidelines

參與公司必須於2026年6月12日前遞交以下資料：

1.申請公司需提交至少2個最具代表性的CSR項目／服務的補充文件，補充文件要求如下：

• 2個CSR申請項目須於2025年1月1日至2026年5月31日期間在香港舉行
• 補充文件可以短片形式提交，有關短片要求請參考第8項申報之CSR項目／服務的補充文件
• 每個CSR項目必須包含活動彩色相片2張及服務内容説明
• 要求檔案格式：PDF或Microsoft Word; 申請公司可按此下載檔案範本做參考

2. 以支票或銀行存款或轉數快繳交參加費用，企業組港幣600元正、中小企業組及初創企業組港幣300元正

Participating companies are required to complete the following items on or before 12 June 2026:

1. Companies applying for the award are required to submit supplementary documents for at least two of their most representative CSR projects/services. The requirements for the supplementary documents are as follows:

• The two CSR project applications must have been conducted between January 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026 in Hong Kong.
• Supplementary documents can be submitted as short videos. For requirements, please refer to Column 8 Supplementary.
• Each CSR project must include two colour photographs of the activities and a description of the services provided.
• The supplementary document format is PDF or Microsoft Word. Companies can download the template for guidance and reference HERE

2. Settle participation fee by cheque or bank deposit or FPS. HK$600 for Enterprises, HK$300 for SMEs and Startup.

 

III. 評審準則 Judging Criteria
評審委員會由政府部門、社福界、工業界、學術界及愛心夥伴等代表組成。委員會將評審參賽企業的CSR項目，以及這些項目的社會創效能力、資源投入、自發性，以及創造共用價值，以選出各個獎項的得主。(更多評審準則詳情按此)

The Panel will comprise a representative from the Government, social service organisations, industry players, academia and caring partners. Judges will go through all participating companies’ CSR Projects by considering the Areas of Social Impact, Resources Devoted, Initiatives, and Creating Shared Value (CSV). 組別	定義
企業 Enterprises	在香港，企業是指聘用多於100名員工的製造業公司和聘用多於50名員工的非製造業公司。Enterprises are defined as a Hong Kong manufacturing business that employs more than 100 persons or a non-manufacturing business that employs more than 50 persons in Hong Kong.
中小企業 SMEs	在香港，中小企業是指聘用少於100名員工的製造業公司和聘用少於50名員工的非製造業公司。 Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are defined as a Hong Kong manufacturing business that employs fewer than 100 persons or a non-manufacturing business that employs fewer than 50 persons in Hong Kong.
初創企業 Startup	持有由香港公司註冊處發出的商業登記證、在港成立不超過5年，以及在港員工少於50人的公司。 Remarks: Startup companies are defined as companies registered under the Business Registration Ordinance in Hong Kong, set up for no more than 5 years and employ fewer than 50 staffs in Hong Kong.

補充文件可選擇以文檔 或 短片 形式提交，有關要求如下：

1. 短片形式：
   請將所有項目剪輯成同一短片(3分鐘為限)，並上載到YouTube平台以供參考。
   
   
2. 文檔形式：
    i.     每個CSR項目必須包含 活動彩色相片2張 及 服務内容説明。
   ii.     要求檔案格式：PDF或Microsoft Word; 申請公司可按此下載檔案範本做參考。 

Supplementary documents can be submitted either in Documents or Short video. The related requirements are as follows：

1. Video format: 
Please edit the projects into one video, keeping it to 3 minutes. Then, upload the video to YouTube for reference.

2. Document format:
i. Each CSR project must include two colour photographs of the activities and a description of the services provided.
ii. The requested document format is PDF or Microsoft Word. Companies can download the template for guidance and reference HERE

請於6月12日前將參加費用透過以下其中一種方式繳交：
