    FV Referee Request Form for Tournaments

    This form serves as an official process for clubs or event organisers to request match officials for their games or tournaments. Its purpose is to ensure the correct allocation of qualified referees and assistant referees for matches.

  • Referee Request Policy

    Football Victoria Referee's Department requires 21 days notice for all tournaments.

    • Any changes to fixtures after submission will incur a $25 amendment fee per change, applicable to kick-off date/time, venue or age group;
    • Any cancellations after submission will incur a $25 cancellation fee;
    • Any tournament requests submited with less then 21 days notice will incur a $75 late fee.

    We kindly ask that you submit your fixtures in advance to allow sufficient time for us to organise match officials for your game.
