• What is an Interschool Exemption and who can apply?

  • The Interschool Classification and Exemption scheme provides exemption to EA Rules for riders who are a current member of Equestrian Australia and have an identified diagnosed disability or impairment supported by medical documentation. This exemption is only valid for the term stated on the approved exemption.
  • Once the application is received by the Interschool Committee, all information will be forwarded to an independent review panel for consideration. The rider is then notified in writing if approved or not approved. The Interschool State level committee or representative must be aware of the application.
