Thank you for your interest in vending at our inaugural Symmetry Festival 2026! Please review the guidelines below before submitting your application. The deadline to submit your vendor application is July 1st, 2026.
Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open Friday & Saturday. Required hours of operation will be Friday 12pm-2am, Saturday 12pm-2am. There will also be attendees onsite for our early arrival Thursday Preparty if you wish to operate then as well.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. Rates will depend on the specific needs and size of your requested vendor space. You will have the opportunity to review all pricing and terms before accepting your offer!
Electricity: Electricity is provided for all booths. You can expect 110v service with a 15-amp breaker. Let us know if you have additional power needs.
Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. Vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason, at the vendor coordinator's discretion.
Camping: Vendors will be allotted two (2) vendor passes for the event along with camping in the vendor camping area for free. Additional vendor passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.
NOTE: Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.
