Section 1: Critical Outputs
Upload the artefacts developed for the Day 50 Refresh Workshop.
1. The Day 50 "Truth-Telling" Dashboard Upload the data visualisations showing progress against the SMURF Goal at the halfway mark. (Ideally, this would include a "trend line" projecting whether the team will hit the Goal by Day 100 based on current performance. It should clearly distinguish between "Work Done" and "Actual Results for Survivors.")

Section 2: Coaching Reflection
Provide concise responses (150–200 words each) to the prompts below.
1. Facilitating the "Hard Conversation" If the Team is significantly behind their target at Day 50, how did you manage the "Psychological Safety" in the room? Describe how you prevented the Leadership Group from shifting into "Blame Mode" and instead focused them on "Support Mode."
*
2. Identifying the "Systemic Anchor" By Day 50, the team has usually identified one or two "anchors"—deep systemic issues that small workarounds cannot fix (e.g., lack of DNA processing capacity or missing judicial signatures). Describe how you helped the Team present this "anchor" to the Challenge Strategist. What was the Strategist’s specific commitment to help lift that anchor?
*
3. Reigniting the Spark Team fatigue is common at this stage. What facilitation technique did you use during the Refresh Workshop to remind the Team of their "Why"? How did you help them find their "Second Wind" for the final 50 days?
*
Section 3: Understanding the "Refresh" Mindset
Answer the following conceptual questions.
1. The Purpose of the "Pivot" In a 100-Day Challenge, a "Pivot" at Day 50 means:
A. Admitting failure and lowering the goal so it’s easier to achieve.
B. Changing the tactics because the current path is blocked, while keeping the goal the same.
C. Adding more people to the team to work harder.
Type option 4
Explain how you would communicate the concept of a "Pivot" to a discouraged team.
*
2. The Leadership Feedback Loop Why is it critical for the Challenge Strategist to attend the Refresh Workshop in person (or via live video) rather than just receiving a written report?
