    Sunday 13 September 2026
  • Application Form

Thank you for your interest in trading at the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Open Day on Sunday 13 September 2026.

Please complete the Application Form below and submit no later than 30 June 2026.

Before completing the form, please note that to ensure the event reflects the character of the Common and our environmental values, we prefer not to have stalls selling mass-produced, plastic novelty items or single-use plastic goods, even where proceeds support a charitable cause.

Priority will be given to local charities, community groups and sellers who offer handmade, sustainably produced, ethically sourced or good quality products.

Your Form should be accompanied by:

    1. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance

    2. The completed Risk Assessment (all stallholders) and Fire Risk Assessment (if appropriate). If you already have your own Risk Assessments, you can send them instead.

    3. If you have not attended the Open Day before, please attach at least 3 photographs of your stall and the items you wish to sell.

Please note that we do not have space available in our own gazebos therefore you must have your own if one is required.

We will let you know if your application has been successful within 14 days of receiving your Application Form. Do not send payment now - Invoices will be sent later in the year.
