1. Submission of Content and Supporting Materials
The speaker is required to provide a detailed outline of the presentation topic and its content, in addition to any supporting materials, to the Center no less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date. The Center reserves the right to review the content and propose any necessary modifications to ensure its alignment with the event’s theme and objectives. The final version must be approved by the Center.
2. Prohibition of Political or Religious Content
The speaker must refrain from making any statements or expressions of a political or religious nature during the presentation, including but not limited to:
- Verbal or visual statements that promote political or religious agendas or issues.
- The use of slides, images, videos, or language containing political or religious content.
- Wearing clothing, accessories, or using symbols that represent political or religious entities or movements.
- Displaying any materials or engaging in actions that may be perceived as controversial or associated with political, social, or religious conflicts.
- The speaker must fully respect the cultural and social environment and refrain from any behavior that contradicts public decency or the prevailing values of the United Arab Emirates.
3. Compliance with Cultural Sensitivities
The speaker commits to ensuring that the content of their presentation aligns with the cultural sensitivities, values, and expectations related to the event, guaranteeing its appropriateness for the overall context and the nature of its audience.
4. Documentation of Sessions and Activities
The Center reserves the right to document recorded sessions and activities during or outside the exhibition. It may use the recorded material (audio and video) on its website, official social media accounts, and any other media platforms for documentation or promotion of future events, without the need for additional consent from participants.
5. Legal Responsibility and Consequences
The speaker acknowledges their legal responsibility—whether criminal or civil—for any violation of the above conditions, including any statements or implications of a political or religious nature, and shall bear all resulting consequences in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.
6. Center’s Right to Terminate Participation
The Center reserves the right to cancel the speaker’s participation or immediately suspend their presentation in the event of any breach of these conditions, without incurring any additional financial obligations.
