In-Person Conference Pass includes access to the physical event, where you will be able to attend plenary and presenting sessions, have face to face meetings at a dedicated location and network during lunch, reception and coffee breaks. In addition, you will receive complimentary access to the Online Partnering Week, which will follow the in-person event.
Online Partnering Week Conference Pass includes access for the virtual week, taking place on the 13th – 15th of October, where you will be able to view all the recorded content from the physical events. Additionally, you will have access to view on-demand showcases and have virtual meetings using our Online Meeting System.
The Online Meeting System will open two weeks prior to the event for uploading profiles and sending meeting invites. The in-person meetings will be taking place on the 7th - 8th of October for BEF participants, while virtual meetings will take place on the 13th - 15th of October. For the virtual meetings, the system will allow you to have a secure audio/video call, as well as the option to present slides using a screen share function and we will have a dedicated room for in-person meetings.
