Instructions:

Prior to completing the application, applicants should review the Oxford County Grants Program Policy, which outlines the Guiding Principles, Funding Conditions, eligibility criteria for Organizations, and information on eligible and ineligible expenses.
The application deadline is August 31 for grant funding for the following fiscal year.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicants must ensure all required information is provided and all mandatory questions are answered. Applicants may be contacted to clarify information provided.
Expenses included in the application will not be considered if they are incurred before the application has been approved by the County.
Applicants that have overdue or incomplete accounting/reporting related to previously approved County of Oxford funding will not be considered for new funding until their outstanding accounting and reporting requirements have been received and confirmed complete by Financial Services.
