    Terms and Conditions

    By submitting the registration form you are committing to attend the 2026 Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival. Invited Members will be billed by Member Account within 14-days from submitting registration. Non-Invited Members will be sent an online invoice to pay by credit card. A 3% + .30 surcharge will be added to the package cost for credit card processing. Cancellation Policy - Attendees can cancel prior to July 6, 2026 for a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment. After July 6, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Attendees can, however, rebook for a future visit to Casa de Campo, on a space available basis, prior to October 1, 2027.

    This year, members may select between two distinct formats. Social Golf offers a flexible, relaxed option, allowing you to choose the day(s) you wish to play (see Group Activities). The Better Ball Battle Tournament provides a structured, competitive format for those looking to participate in the official tournament competition. Please review the options below and select the format that best fits your preference and level of play. If you select our Better Ball Battle our events team will follow up with you to confirm your official tournament entry and details.

    General Member Event Package – Group Activities

    If you chose the General Member Event Package and wish to join other Invited Members for the Social Golf or Racquet Sports Group Outings, please continue to the next section and choose your Daily Group Activities. 

    General Member Trip – Leisure Resort Activities

    If you are selecting the General Member Trip, but prefer to customize your Daily Resort Activities at leisure and not take part in the Group Activities, please continue on to the OPTIONAL LEISURE ACTIVITIES section to let us know which resort activities you are interested in. 

    Invited Better Ball Battle Tournament Participants ONLY

    If you selected participation in the Invited Better Ball Battle Tournament, an Invited Staff Member will be following up with you soon to confirm your tournament entry. Please proceed to the Golf Club Rental Section of this form.   

  • Chef of the Year Pairing Dinner + Mixologist of the Year Cocktail Challenge Party

    Seating is limited to 100 guests for our Pairing Dinner to preserve this interactive culinary experience. A separate online registration window will open on August 1, with reservations secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Members not attending the Pairing Dinner are invited to join the Mixologist of the Year Cocktail Challenge Party that evening at the Plaza at Altos de Chavón, featuring cocktail finalists, chef-curated small plates, and live entertainment under the stars.
