• Essay on aspiration goals (500 words or less) (required)
• 1 Letters of recommendation (required)
• Outline of community and school activities (highly recommended)

I certify that the information reported and any document or writing in connection with this application for a GRMCA Scholarship is or will be true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize the release and exchange of information betwenn GRMCA and educational institutions, and agree that such information exchanged may include enrollment, academic status, and location necessary to ensure proper administration of award.

Note regarding transcripts - Often times, schools will not release transcripts to students. They will prefer to mail them directly. Please have your school counselor mail transcripts to:
