    Thank you for your interest in participating in our P.O.W.E.R Symposium Please review the following terms carefully before submitting your application.

    📍 Location: Renaissance Center, Joliet
    📅 Date: May 20, 2026
    🕙 Vendor Set-Up Begins: 10:00 a.m.
    🕚 Event Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    • All vendors must be fully set up and ready for guests by 11:00 a.m.
    • All vendors will be provided with one (1) 6-foot table and either a white or black tablecloth. Vendors may elect to use the provided tablecloth; however, we strongly encourage you to bring a branded tablecloth featuring your organization’s name or logo to enhance your display.
    • Submission of this registration form does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor space is limited, and applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and balanced vendor experience. You will be notified if your application has been accepted.
    • Vendors are expected to remain fully set up for the entire duration of the event. Early teardown disrupts the experience for guests and fellow vendors and is not permitted.
    • Booth placement will be assigned at the discretion of the event organizer. Electricity access is limited and will only be provided if confirmed in advance.
    • By participating, vendors agree to comply with all venue policies, safety regulations, and event guidelines. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, transactions, and materials.
