    This onboarding packet represents the final step in preparing for a strong and successful summer launch.

    Read each section carefully and complete thoroughly, including required documentation, tax and payment setup, policy acknowledgments, and training confirmations.

    Please complete and submit the form within 48 hours of receipt. Your timely completion allows us to finalize your engagement and ensure we are ready to deliver a high-impact experience for students.

    Program Hours of Operation
    Breakfast (optional): 8:00 am – 9:00 am
    Daily Instruction: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
    Dismissal: 3:30 pm

    Compensation Structure

    Teacher: $55/hr

    Student Development Coordinator: $55/hr

    Adult Mentor: $25/hr

    Receptionist: $22/hr

    High School Mentor: $15/hr

  • Thank you for your commitment to supporting students through the BMEA Summer Program. We are grateful for your partnership in this important work.

    You are joining the summer program as an independent contractor. This means your role is not considered an employee of Boldly Moving Education Ahead (BMEA) and you are not eligible for employee benefits.

    As an independent contractor, you are responsible for paying all federal, state, and local taxes, including but not limited to payroll, social security, and withholding taxes, and all other taxes and fees associated with the performance of services for BMEA. BMEA will not withhold taxes or make payments on your behalf.

    While you maintain independence in your contractor status, we expect all team members to uphold the professionalism, integrity, and program standards that support a positive and successful summer experience for our students.

    We appreciate your dedication and look forward to a strong and impactful summer together. Your full engagement terms are outlined in your Welcome Letter.

  • Tax & Payment Setup | W-9 & ACH Direct Deposit

    All contractor payments for the BMEA Summer Program are issued via ACH direct deposit. Please provide the required banking information below.
  • This selection must match the tax classification indicated on your Form W-9. Most summer contractors will select “Individual.” Please see definitions below.

    If you are unsure of your classification, please consult your tax advisor before completing this section. BMEA does not provide tax or legal advice.

  • Tax Classification Definitions (Dropdown Help Text)

    Individual
    A person providing services in their own name who is not operating through a registered business entity. Most independent contractors select this option.

    Sole Proprietor
    An individual who operates a business under their own name or a registered business name (DBA) but has not formed a separate legal entity, such as an LLC or corporation.

    Single-Member LLC
    A limited liability company owned by one person. For federal tax purposes, it is typically treated as a “disregarded entity” and reported under the owner’s Social Security Number or EIN.

    LLC (Multi-Member)
    A Limited Liability Company with two or more owners. Select this option if your business is jointly owned by you and one or more other individuals or entities. Please ensure your W-9 reflects your LLC’s federal tax classification.
