2026 Miss Spokane's Teen Competition Scholarship Request Form
Contestants have until 02/15/2027 (one calendar year from 2026 competition date) to request scholarship. All scholarship requests must be done on this form. If you do not receive an automatically generated email from JotForms confirming your submission, the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization did not receive your request. The Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization will respond to requests within 5 business days. Scholarship checks will be mailed directly to the contestant.
