For all sports and all students, grades 1- 12. Participants can attend more than one camp, but must complete a different registration form for each one
Lott 6 Training Days is one of the most UNIQUE training programs in the country! Camp Location
I understand that my child will be participating in organized physical
activities and I will not hold the tribe, school, or any camp staff responsible for accidents, injury, death or thefts that may occur at any time during the camp. I give permission for my child to receive any medical attention necessary and to take camp related photos. I also give permission to the camp host/staff to transport my child to/from the activities if necessary.
