Photography & Video Recording Request
This form is required for exhibitors seeking approval to use third‑party photography or video recording services at ANC for internal marketing purposes.
General Policy Overview
Attendees: Exhibitors may not deny a reasonable request from a professional attendee to photograph or video record an exhibit from the aisle.
Exhibitors: Registered exhibitor employees may photograph or record video within their own booth during published exhibitor access hours.
Third‑Party Photography & Videography
Exhibitors wishing to hire a third‑party photographer or video crew (outside the official show vendor) must submit this form no later than 30 days prior to ANC move‑in.
If approval is granted, A fee of $750 per booth is required and must be paid by Friday, June 26, 2026.
Contractors must be registered as Exhibitor‑Appointed Contractors and provide valid Certificates of Insurance (COIs) before accessing the exhibit halls.
Important Guidelines
- Photography and filming are permitted only within the exhibitor’s assigned booth space.
- Recording in aisles, common areas, or other booths is not permitted without prior written authorization from SNA.
- Filming outside the booth requires an SNA‑appointed escort, subject to availability and additional fees ($85/hour, 4‑hour minimum).
- Activities must not interfere with setup, show operations, or teardown.
Use of additional electrical lighting is prohibited.
- Filming outside normal exhibit hours requires prior approval from show management.
